How to get help
The best way to submit a support enquiry is using our Help Desk. If you’ve not used it before there are three ways to create a help desk account:
- Complete the simple form on our contact page
- Send an email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
- Register and login to create a ticket.
When registering, any previous tickets you have opened via email will be automatically associated with your account.
